Cycling through our pedestrianised area today, I saw a young woman up ahead in a pair of those skinny jeans, tottering all over the place: barely able to stand. At first I though she was drunk, but as I got nearer I saw she was wearing some of these daft shoes.

Apparently high heels accentuate the calves making a leg appear shapely.
Unless the wearer is careful a face forward tumble will ensue making the forehead appear more shapely.

I saw a picture of Posh or whatever her name is, wearing a pair of those heel-less platforms. She was holding on to that footballer chappy of hers for grim death. I am not sure that she could walk in hers either.

My wife is vertically challenged and has worn high heels 'for ever'. If she ever wears flat shoes she often trips and stumbles (without alcohol!) I suppose it depends on what you are used to.
