Computer question

I know there is a computer forum but will try here first:

Is this the RAM I need to match the following specification. Gigabyte GA-MA74GM-S2Hv2 motherboard. Ram slots 2x1.8v DDR2 DIMM sockets and the RAM itself as DDR2 PC2 1.8v

We want to up my wife's computer from XP to W7 and she only has 1gb of ram at present. I have fitted memory before so am happy doing that as long as I know I am ordering the right stuff!

Go here and get the scanner to tell you exactly what RAM you need, it's the safest way.

Just wanted to check that you've gone through all your drivers to make sure you can run W7 on your hardware?

Thanks MarkyMark. We have run the compatibility program and it threw up no problems other than the shortage of ram. She is busy on her computer at present but when she comes off I will have a look at the Crucial app.
