You missed so much! Gendered fee structures, inappropriate punctuation, stair angles, secret hounds, washing machines, turtles....
Not forgetting your input. Mmm,thought provoking(!)

No,he came up on my left, overtaking, then wobbled and fell onto me,using me as an airbag.
Is this a different collision from the one where you said the following then?
I've just made it home after being knocked off my bike. It happened this morning just as we were about to set off on our Wednesday run. Another of the group wobbled then fell to his right. I was passing him at the time, i didn't have time to react(i was clipped in)so i went down on my right hip.

Jeez,i think that's rather sad. You've actually dug out such an old thread trying to score points over me. What are you trying to suggest. That i'm lying about having my hip broken or something? Have you ever had a broken hip, followed by a broken leg 2 months later?

You disputed what I said which was at odds with my recollection
@Sea of vapours is simply reminding you what happened
He’s suggesting you are now mistaken about what you told the forum previously. Perhaps there’s a third or fourth account?

Does it bloody matter what positions we were in? I had my leg broken by some git who rode off and left me! I don't need reminding what happened!! I rode for 108 miles the following week as well, without knowing it was broken. Could you do that? Somehow i don't think so!

You clearly do....

Definitely not giving up and plan more this year ! Had a few dings and offs including one flying lesson across a bonnet but that will not make me stop riding.
This year has been a good one so far even with the extreme weather.
Some motorists will always be tossers whether you are cycling or driving, I just brush it off and carry on, it’s not worth the stress.
Same with the roads, I know my normal commute route and it’s faults and ride accordingly. Fun rides are different and I can take my time on the less maintained roads and try to plan ahead.

I've given up road cycling and commuting by bike. I suppose being nearly paralysed brought it home - my wife wouldn't cope either as she used to worry. I'm enjoying the MTB and I hardly need to touch roads at all where I live. Yes it's potentially more dangerous, and you usually fall off at least once on a ride, but it's not at speed - it's usually when you get bogged down. At least with MTB it's usually your fault doing something beyond your skill. Keep within it, and you are OK.

I've managed 32 hours on the bike already this year, but only 56 hours in 2017. Just short of 800 miles last year, over 623 year to date - lots of off road as well, which takes 2-3 times longer than road rides. That's down from around 6,000 miles a year. I was very nearly not able to do any.
