I wonder what happens if you feed the Japanese park a recumbent.
Walked past over 200 bikes at the local police station, and I wasn't allowed to take one. That would be sad. I can only imagine what it would be like to enter a "bike pound", and walk past all these lonely, neglected bicycles, some of them making puppy-dog eyes at me
.
I don't think its built to accept anything but a standard diamond frame.I wonder what happens if you feed the Japanese park a recumbent.
Well that's a criminal waste (pun intended).Walked past over 200 bikes at the local police station, and I wasn't allowed to take one.
They were going for scrap only!
Property officer pointed one out that would have cost over £2000 to buy. And then we moved onto the cheaper stuff(£1000+)!!Well that's a criminal waste (pun intended).
Never made it to auctionPolice Auctions are supposed to be quite good for picking up some of the old bikes no one claims. Seems CPH is doing better than Cambridge! there's a fair few here.. trying to find a safe place to lock a bike around here takes a bit of working out.. as consequence I have two good strong forms of lock for my bike. a 4of5* rated D-lock and re-enforced wire loop to protect my quick release wheels from removal. Sometimes some places still don't seem safe enough with all that extra security!
No. You'd have been tagged if there were. One specialized bike though. White & red.
Also avaiable on the NPT page for Leeds East.

Our police department quit having auctions, claiming they didn't make enough. I explained to them that was not their fault, nor the fault of the bicycles, but the fault of the auctioneer. Lots were sold with many good bikes in them that were sold just like those with bad bikes in them, and no one new the value of the bikes. There is also a web site in the US where the police can list bicycles for sale, as well as other stuff. On Ali Baba, you can buy a whole shipping container of old Japanese commuter bicycles, BTW.Police Auctions are supposed to be quite good for picking up some of the old bikes no one claims.
