Don't worry about bulking up with weights.
I would recommend getting a skipping rope and do 2 x 5 mins sessions a day. It'll tone your entire body.

It really is a great workout, and you can set your own tempo. Just have some 'pumped-up'music and 5 mins will fly by. Don't forget to stretch afterwards.
