Cupboard type unit which loo and sink are attached too.

£400 on Tiles (Bout £17 per Square metre, Managed to get borders for £30)
Then £1500 fitting includes tiling, new ceiling, new lights and sorting out the floor for tiling
Bit different from when we 1st moved in where we bought a £300 Focus suite and plumbed it all in.
Those were easier days as we were renovating house and not living in it. With 2 kids under 3 we want it done quick and properly.
