Creak from BB area, anything I can tighten

Getting a creak on every pass from bottom bracket are of bike.
If I don't push too hard it doesn't do it.
Is there anything I can tighten myself?
It's a 2021 trek emonda with Shimano 105.
It's not to long out from being serviced where it had a new cassette and chain.

Was serviced on 2/11/25.
It was amazingly quiet for a duration but happened to creak maybe a month ago.
Recreation rider maybe 30miles a week sometimes none.

These BB’s are cheap as chips imo. And I’m a stickler for weird noises / creaks. So I’d likely change it regardless ([Presuming crank arms, pedals and sprockets have been checked for tightness ?]. **And after that trying to feel for play / movement in BB.

Good luck !

Creaks can be very hard to track down.
It's not really a case of tightening something, but if you have the tools remove the cranks and the BB ,then clean the threads on both the frame and the bearing cups then lightly grease the threads and reassemble.
Creaks can also come from the seat post and saddle clamp, but seem like they are coming from the BB area.
Pedals are also great areas for creaks.
Good luck.

This is an incredibly deep rabbit hole you’re staring down - be careful it doesn’t stare back at you ;-)

My first port of call would be to take off all the bags, racks, etc off the bike, and see if it still creaks.

I had a creak once. Frequency in time with the cranks. I stripped and reinstalled everything over a couple of weeks; cranks, bb cups, chainring bolts, pedals, cleats. To no avail.

It turned out to be the ti rails creeping in the seat post head. So my arse basically.

Yes I hear all of you about coming from other areas.
Pretty sure it's not seat as had one of those before.
Pedals are fairly new.
How do I tighten bottom bracket on this?
Can you tell from the picture?
I'll try the crank arm 1st.
No attached items on the bike.

I don't think I have the tools for BB.
What would I need.
I've got loads of spanners and sockets etc for car repairs but limited bike tools.
Got a cassette removal tool and the tool to remove the discs I think

First off you need a crank puller tool to get the cranks off. Then you need a BB removal tool for the make of the BB.
