Creaking sram rival front derailleur

new rt80 Carbon disc bike from Planet X. About 200 miles in front derailleur creaks when changing into big ring. Think it's cables maybe rather than derailleur. How to remedy?

Change the cable? Bit of grease on the cabling and oil the front derailleur?

Thanks. Nowhere really to grease as all internal routing. Maybe on bottom of bottom bracket where cables are exposed for 1 inch or so. Derailleur doesn't creak if moved by hand. New cable seems excessive after only a couple of weeks. But will do it if no other joy.
