Im 5ft 10 and went for a 56 frame
had another go on the 56cm and I am 17cm (5' 8.5") and inseam 82cm (32") and tbh it feels like a bike that is slightly too big - but then I'm not sure if tit's because I currently ride a bike that is too small: although it does feel fine.
Current bike geometry is this:
Giant TCX1 (Small) with a 53cm TT / 13cm HT and 10cm Stem and saddle set in middle of range - feels fine and could possibly be
slightly longer to no ill effect.

The 56cm Cube Attain has a 56cm TT / 18cm HT but I didn't get the measurement of the stem - even with the saddle right forward to the end of the safety marker it felt like a tall bike and about an inch or so too long. On the hoods it felt most comfy about 1" behind the usual as far forward as my hand will go position.
The 53cm Cube Attain as an almost 54cm TT (53.7cm) / 15cm HT and again no stem measurement. Can't help but think that this will fell better for me.

Will toddle off and try the 53cm again (bit of a pain having to go to different shops to try the different sized bikes).
Anyone else on here around 5' 8" riding a 53cm Cube Attain (Peloton) style bike and if so how does it feel for you?
