I thought that one, but has mechanical disc brakes, albeit the spyres which get good press. WSD CX bikes are exceedingly uncommon
To the OP, probably need to get a unisex one? Perhaps look at a kinesis build?
I have to say that the hoods on hydraulic brake shifters are massive, bigger than standard, might be more problematic if small hands. I can't personally even brake off normal shimano hoods and need crosslever brakes for safety...which you can't fit with hydraulic brakes apparently

It does say they do WS components but just checked and they only do the Rival with mechanical brakes http://www.planetx.co.uk/i/q/CBPXLDNRDWOM/planet-x-london-road-rival-11-womens-bike
It does say it can be used for cyclocross and gravel/adventure.

Aren't avid bb7 mechanical though?
We need more info from the OP espcially whether open to a unisex frameset
WSD components really usually means a narrower bar and a women's saddle, maybe shorter cranks. Rather than a frameset specifically designed with women in mind. I may be wrong but I doubt PX have invested in that
