Cycle route planner

I'm sure I saw a route planner where you could put in a start and end point but then also set the distance, so you could plan a route for a longer distance if you wanted to.

Anyone know which one it is?

That's a good planner, but it doesn't let you set the distance.

Let me clarify. I want to set the start and end point, but set the distance I want the route to be and it should calculate me a route between those points but for the distance I want.
