Cycle storage at work

We have had the go ahead to invest in some new storage, been allocated around 15k, this must also include motorcycle storage. Looking to accomodate between 30-40 cycles and possibly 10 motorbikes. Has anyone got any knowledge of a good place to start looking for the best thing out there ?
I've had a quick look round but wondered if any one has any experience in this area.

i wish our lot would invest in same , but then theres only a few who ride daily and a couple of part time riders .
