It's back! Oh thank the heavens CycleChat is back! The horror of no CC is over!
- The panic! The anguish! Watching that little ticker tape progress updates appear - the incredibly slow thread transfer or whatever it was making you think that it would be days before the forum reappeared before admin annouced help incoming speeding it up.
- Admin taking a break around lunchtime today - REST?!? Did THE LORD rest on the third day? No! He didst not rest until it was complete! THEN he wouldst rest! Did Admin not know that we could not endure the suffering any longer? How could he do this to us?!?
So now, as the site has reappeared and we are all able to put back together the tattered remains of our lives, shattered and broken by having to endure the unimaginable terror of not having this particular cycling forum to post our questions and share our thoughts for a day or two, let us all have a big group hug, offer each other our shoulders to cry into, share tea and cake and anecdotes of how we could have possibly coped in this, one of the darkest moments of our lives.
Let it all out, go on. It doesn't make you any less of a man (or woman) to be open about your feelings.
We have endured, and yet we have survived.
