Fruit, (usually grapefruit or / and apple), then two pieces of granary toast with marmite.

But I'm in a well behaved phase because I'd become a bit of a fatty. I'd really like black pudding, tattie scones, fried eggs and sourdough toast dripping with butter if I'm honest. I might treat myself again at some point.

The poll options are a tad odd, 3 options of 3 very specific cereals? But no option for fruit?

I find 2 shredded wheat quite filling.
But but but my point was.....if you lumped all 3 under just "cereals" it would leave room for 2 other options eg porridge

....as I'm on holiday here in Koh Chang, I've had a full English for the past 9 mornings, would be rude not to. Clearly, my doctor would not recommend this diet, but my doctor is not here in K Chang . Mrs Crank gets full up fairly quickly, so I often have to help her out - can't stand wasted food. Fear ye not, this madness must end as we're heading back home tomorrow

My everyday brekkie is yoghurt and muesli, with a sprinkle of cornflakes. Occasionally fruit is added if any in the house. I normally have a bike ride after this, and on return I'll do an omellete or ham&eggs on toast. You can't have a body like mine living on fresh air........

Bran flakes , usually with some fruit chopped into it.
I don't like most other cereal
