Has anyone got a Cycleops Powertap Hub Cap Wrench, please? (or a link to a buyable one)

I rescued this wheel (with its hub) literally off the back of a lorry (with driver's permission obv) and suspect that the only thing it needs is battery replacement (2 x C2032s) and it's ANT+ so will link to my Garmin. I'd like to service the bearings too, while I'm at it. But the plastic cap will not come off with any methods I've tried. And the two points of purchase are on the hub cover's slope (have tried LBS and their bench vice: no joy).
PowerTap SL+/Pro+/Pro Hub Cap Wrench (not the one for the G3)

Loch side.
I have one for you. As well as some of those little lip seals that go into the hub.

But, it is another one of those loft dives. Give me a day or two....

In the interim, dont be tempted to use a large shifting spanner. It will ruin the cap.

That'd be very kind. I have tried to use a bench vice, applying downward pressure, without success. I have damaged it slightly but then stopped.
It's laced to an Open Pro, almost unridden so if I get it working it will be excellent.
