I don't think they do prescription glasses...
I think you'll find they're non-prescriptions inserts. They're just swappable lenses.
You get the five swappable lenses and the ability to use inserts, but what they say further down the page is:
Problem is that many local opticians won't do the insert specific lenses. It would probably be easier - and cheaper - to go to a specialist like Optilabs who do the whole thing, including the lenses..
You need to remind the optician at Vision Express that they have a professional obligation to provide you with this information...

They don't give a flying fig about this. I had a massive battle with them going right up to senior level.
They just won't give it to you.
In the end I gave up, walked into Specsavers and they gave the measurement to me there and then.

I had a pair of RX inserts fitted with prescription lenses at the local Spec Savers for around the £30 mark a few years ago. This!
I'm going to walk into spec savers explain the situation and ask them to help me out, I have my main prescription I'm sure they will supply the PD's for little to no charge.
I'm still tempted by those cycle bright frames, on the FB page someone said spec savers did the Rx inserts for £39
If it's personal information e.g. prescription or indeed anything identifiable to the person I thought they had to provide it under the data protection act, be it computer based or even hand written notes (potentially subject to a small admin fee)
Am by no means an expert so could be wrong!
