I used to play golf and used to watch golf - I think I went to every Open from 1986-1996. One day I thought "f*ck me this is a right lot of pretentious w*nk" and never went back.

I like crazy golf, does that count?
I've been known to hack my way around a course. I prefer remote ones though where I won't get recognised, like Mull and Arran and stuff. I often send the divot further than the ball. The Lochranza course saw me holding onto a tree with one hand and fishing for my last ball with the other and the longest club I had so I could actually finish the round.
Some bloke in a hat popped his head round a tree once as I hit the ball. Straight at him. He Ducked fast and I swear the ball passed between his head and his hat.
