Hasn't worked yet, but then, I have only been cycling for about 60 years.

Age must make one more sexy, as well.
Matter of odds, I suppose.
My buns are hot and cross - I think that the heating is turned up too high!
As for the sexy/cycling thing ... During 20 years of non-cycling, 4 or 5 women made unexpected and startling advances to me. In the 27 years since I took up cycling again, that has only happened twice. I therefore deduce that cycling makes one less sexy!![]()
You've seen me on mine? SorryUnsurprisingly, we are looking at this from our own point of view as men. Switch the focus for a moment. Do we find women on bikes sexy?
No doubts in my mind!
So, what exactly is not sexy about saggy flesh, balding/thinning/greying hair, a gradual loss of teeth, a poor memory, aches and pains, a decrease in athletic ability, and a tendency to dwell on the past rather than to look forward to the future!Or you are just getting older![]()
Not looking to derail a thread here but if you think that young women aren't chatted up and worse by middle aged chancers and that therefore there is no chance that your conversations may be interpreted the wrong way you are rather wide of the mark I'm afraid.I am under no illusion, I think you become "safer"
I often have a conversation with young ladies on a bus, train, shopping centre queue, on the bike that I never had when younger
I think because there is no chance of it being interpreted the wrong way as an approach or chatup line
