I came across a guy that was in a hedge, with his bike on the ground, I tried to rouse him for a good 5 minutes but no response so called for an ambulance. A cycle paramedic turned up, told me I'd done the right thing, then proceded to violently shake the guy until he came around. Turned out he was just completely wankered, had drunkenly fallen off his bike and just decided to have a nap. How stupid did I feel for wasting the emergency services time?

Yes. I saw one at Heathrow a couple of weeks back .....cycling on the pavement ...
