I remember seeing them, or similar, last time I circumnavigated the Isle of Thanet...

It is @PeteXXX the beach hut owners appear to think that having a hut entitles them them tarmac in front of them to the railings. BBQ's, loungers, tables etc. There was a point when three youths came the other way on e-motorbike type things at least 30 mph by my reckoning. All masked up weaving between toddlers and older people. What could possibly go wrong there!
