Your two vents worth @vickster?Depends on the shoe/brand
If worried about cold feet get winter boots or at the very least shoes with few cents
Try some on at your local bike shops
My shoes get tighter in the summer as they swell when hot. More so than the difference with thicker socks
Just buy the right size, why wouldn't you?
Same here, I'm a full size up in my North Wave shoes. Shoe sizing, in fact sizing in general for cycling kit is something of a lottery. It's why I love Wiggle's returns system. Order 3 sizes, try 'em, send 2 back.Lots of cycling shoes tend to size up on the small side. I usually end up with 1 size up i.e 42 where my normal shoes are usually a 41.
Not mine. I know the OP just wants to know what everyone does, but I wear the same shoes and socks summer or winter. I do have a couple of different pairs of over shoes, but only for the worst of the weather.Shimano shoes come up at least one size smaller .
