I like this one (but too much of a wimp to ever have one).
Not sure how this got on the outside of my left leg, but would it make a nice tattoo ?
I have a chainring scar, a row of 5 bite marks, on the inside of my left leg from when I got hit side on by a car. Totally eludes me how the ring bit into me without breaking my leg as the frame was in the way.

Or get some henna and 'top' it up every few weeks. Cheap and painless.
Just make sure it is natural henna and not a chemical alternative like THIS clown found out

I believe this is quite a common tattoo, though it rarely looks authentic - the artists get carried away by the looks of it.

On a tertiarily related note - I cycle for my health, and am probably a mild hypochondriac (my hypochondrion malfunctioned). As a result, if I ever get diagnosed with a heart condition, I intend on getting ideal paddle placement lines marked on my chest if anyone needs to defibrillate me.

Dashed lines here, a bit like this: https://www.cpdme.com/Resources/Pictures/AED Pad Placement.jpg
