women always lie about their age. when they 16 they're 18, when they're 31 they're 29, when they're 52 they're 45 and when they're 72 they're 83

Eat MY Dust said:lol, my friend said his boss had given him his, and his kids season tickets for Chelsea so he could go and see a match. I jumped at the chance. When we were going through the gates I was asked "is this your season pass?" I replied that it was indeed. To which he replied "it says your a 9 year old Polish girl" To be fair he saw the funny side and still let us in but confiscated the season tickets!

er... well, no I thougth i was over 18 but i'm not quite sure now you mention it, but i definitely am planning on going on a rampage and massacring people in the car park, but hey...![]()

. It's not politicians that really make the rules, it's managers as the under 25 and under 30 is an on the top extra. I'm glad your company makes an effort. Cubist said:marinyork.
Didn't want a fight! Yes, some shop staff can be rude and unhelpful, but not all of them, surely? It helps to remember that the average checkout salesperson doesn't make the rules, they leave that to the politicians. They also have to abide by company policy. We use kids to test purchase knives and other items covered by this legislation. I am pleased to report that out of some 30 stores in our area tested so far, not a single one has failed the test.

Kovu said:I'm with you on this. It's 18 for scissors, knives., anything with blades. Even toy guns! But the checkout person is liable for prision if he/she makes a bad call.
