On the way back indeed between oval and stockwell.
I suspect that he moved over to undertake the moped who was slowing for the WVM. I also suspect his view of the WVM indicator was blocked and as such didn't think the cyclist would also be slowing.
Body weight was all in the wrong place as he swerved away from the moped and as such his front wheel just went into the back side of the cyclist in front and down he went.
