Eventually we will have a curtailment of freedom overall, things like curfews, banning of any minority activity, a meaningless state religion will all become common, we will be under surveillance 24/7 and be able to be arrested and "disappeared" just for being suspected of being likely to express a desire for individualism.

It is a long way off but creeps closer every year and this slow progression towards the removal of minority pursuits by the leftist guardianistas help bring it along, the same people who will complain about it but comply simply because they worship at the feet of big brother.
