Read the report. It includes police falsifying reports and statements and much more. Its too much to put into this.
Police action is a ticket issued for tailgating. No further action.
Driver claimed "his bike has clipped the car"

I have seen many a video of fellow cyclists being knocked off their bikes.

None have sent chills down my spine as much as this one.

Police faked the cyclists statement and made it in line with what the driver said. So with the footage i'm sure it will stir some shoot about.

That, for those who seem to think it's no big deal, is why we get so worked up about close passes.

Listen to that man uncontrollably screaming in agony on the roadside with his smashed femur as the cars drive past and tell me I'm over reacting to close passes.

So glad I never had the sound on when I watched it. There are very good reasons why cyclists should be able to position themselves in the centre of lanes and make it a requirement for cars to properly overtake.

Scary stuff.
