Cyclist v bus

The cyclist was clearly an idiot to attempt such a manoeuvre.
However I despair at the behaviour of the bus driver who had seen her, but still moved over, deliberately endangering her.

Very wise but even that needs qualifying. Some long vehicles have to take up a position similar to a right turn to give them the room to make the left turn.

If vehicles (in this case, buses, since that's what this thread is discussing) were only put on roads that were big enough for them, a lot of towns and villages in Cornwall, and probably a lot of other places in the UK, wouldn't have a bus service at all.
