I imagine the chainstay bridge is to give an attaching point for mudguards, which would clearly be impossible here because of the clearance issue... so no bridge needed.

Nice 4.5 miles earlier continuing the shakedown process i soon realised that i hadn't lifted the saddle since last ride and i didn't have my 5 mm allen key either :sad:
Carried on riding all went well but it was at pootling pace just in case any ice about .

Well over 50 miles this week testing and enjoying this fine machine.
The longest being 21 miles this morning , all running like clockwork so really enjoying it .

Looks pretty compact and not much fork offset. Quite a racy frame. Is it a bit skittish or does it still ride OK on less than great surfaces?

It rides really nicely but does prefer going quickly over pottering .

Another 36 miles this morning on a right mix of road surfaces , but in all fairness they didn't upset how this machine rides and feels
