Dawes Fleur women's bike from early 80s

This is for a friend of mine - the bike was her mother's, but has been sitting in a garage and then a shed for some time. She's no idea how much it is worth, and neither have I. To my inexperienced eye it looks to be in good condition, apart from some spots of rust on the frame. Handlebar shifters for the deraillieur. Saddle def. not original, but I'm not sure how much of the rest is.
So (1) - I'd be grateful for any guidance as to how much is a fair price (as if there is no interest here, she might try ebay).
(2) - if anyone wants it, she lives in west Berkshire, 10 or so miles east of Swindon.

There are several Fleurs on flebay, ranging from £50, to £175.
Yours looks in good condition, although the handlebars have obviously been changed at some point, as your pictures show.

Looks like it hasn't had much use judging by the chainrings. Shame about the rust coming through the paint. I assume the seat post moves but worth checking.
The new bars might not work with those levers but I can't see them properly.
If the tyres aren't perished and brakes and gears are okay she could sell it as a going concern.
Somewhere around a hundred quid I should think, maybe a bit more in the current climate.
Good solid runaround for someone.
