If you ride a Ridgeback Hybrid, the red lights where traffic is filtered into one lane are for you too, how you didnt get wiped out today I simply dont know, then trying to get onto the pavment about a mile later wasnt the best thing to do either.

As for the White and Black Spesh MTB'er, You sir, give us all a bad name, 20 Mph on the Pavment, where there were pedestrians and a bus stop was STUPID

Whoa Gaz. Deep breath and calm down. The world is full of twonks and letting them get under your skin isn't going to help. Just remember the Darwin principle then chuckle to yourself when you realise they will probably end up splatted like a bug on a windshield.

Which Hyde Road was this as there are a few in Tameside (Mottram, Denton, Gee Cross etc...)?

Hehe, was in a bad mood when I wrote that, but to be fair after all the storys of how many cyclists have been killed in the last 3 weeks its just crazy, the Ridgeback guy will end up killing himself, fair enough but all the people that saw another cyclist RLJ because of roadworks will tar us all with the same brush, but the REAL issue was the Pavment RACING MTB rider, had a small child/oap stepped out of that bus shelter he would have killed them he was going that fast, I gave chase, but traffic was heavy and he was gone (hence why he wasnt on the road) not that me saying he was riding like a muppett would have done anything.
