Decode my Cannondale Synapse serial number

Does anyone know how to decode the Cannondale numbers?

This is stamped on the bottom of the frame below the crankset:

HA0XA07730

This is a brand new bike. Not a vintage.

Its a serial No. just write it down somewhere safe and hope you never need to tell it to a Policeman.

Don't think it is a new frame. HA is January 1996. Is there a barcode sticker/label on the bottom bracket?
