Right these should be correct to the letter.
I have tried to make the route obvious where it shadows a road for a bit, but is actually the other side of a hedgerow, so for instance close to my home when you are cycling along a lane called Cuddington Lane, right at the very end the loop goes off on the right hand side about 10m before a road junction and runs along the otherwise of the hedge, so I have put an emphasis on the right before the junction and taken you into the field a touch more than you actually go - this way you find the Delamere Loop rather than going onto a much busier road. It will be obvious when you are there.
There are 2 file types... the tcx files are the ones that you put into your Garmin under the NewFiles folder and then turn the device off and back on again and let it process them.
The gpx files are there for backup.
I have done it all from the Whitegate Station CP where there are toilets. There are also obviously toilets and a café in the Delamere centre and at the Delamere railway station as well. I have not diverted to these. This route is the Delamere Loop to the letter, clockwise or anticlockwise from the Whitegate station.
Any problems, please yell.
