wife went to Convent all the way through, oh, how she hated it!

I was quite shocked and surprised by that, went on a Chimanimani trip with him and never had an inkling. I do recall he once told us the most clever and funny joke I'd ever heard, and wouldn't tell us again so we could remember it. Not surprising, perhaps.
