I actually love Cycleworks, which is where I have sent Gen a couple of times. Not the fastest service going, but they have always done a top class job, for comparatively little money.

Oh contrare, Kinks came before Gen, and does things like run into town and uni - equipped with platform pedals so no special shoes required, and a lot less precious!
