Di2 Charging

Hello,
I recently purchased a Canyon Ultimate with di2 but cannot find where to charge it. I have looked around the rear derailleur and there does not appear to be a flap, also nothing in either end of bars. It looks like it should charge from the junction box however it is fixed under the bar stem and not sure how to get it out without breaking something. Any advice appreciated.

Charge port is under a little flap on the junction box, usually on the left side of the stem if the cables come out pointing forwards. I think you pull the flap down from the top. The junction box should also slide off it's mount to the left of the bike as well if that helps you get the charger connected.

The 12 speed Di2 plugs into the rear derailleur but my charger is different to the one in the photo ,

Same position here. I have di2 12 speed and the charger plugs in to the rear deraileur but is very different from the OP's.

The cable you show is the same connector that I have on my 11 speed bikes. As mentioned up thread you charge it via the junction box. There is a small flap you have to open. It can be difficult to spot if you are not 100% sure what you are looking for.
