Pretty much ideal cycling weather for my ride this morning - blue sky, fluffy white clouds, warm but not too warm.

This afternoon has been a different tale though - grey, raining and several brief apocalyptic downpours. I do hope they're enjoying themselves at the Leeds Festival...:rain:;)

Just been out this morning on a nice social ride we seemed to have the rain clouds follow us most of the way and on the loop back got soaked.

First time this year and I do get out nearly every weekend so can't really complain. It actually felt quite invigorating plus I was only 6 miles from home and a nice hot shower.

I was out at 7am yesterday (North Yorkshire) and it was beautiful sunshine all the way but not too hot for most of it (2hrs) but the sun was blazing when I ran straight off the bike.
We too had a bbq planned and it pee'd it down quite hard at some points with thunder and lightening, didn't stop our host though, a couple of pallets above the bbq and a jacket on whilst we all sat inside, bless him.
Just down the road from postman (Moortown).

Did you get to around in the end @dave r ?

We did them earlier in the year very good

I seen most of it, lovely in most places but in a few places in serious need of some TLC, the historic gardens were particularly neglected,I walked past a couple of beds and got itchy fingers, I just wanted to get stuck in and tidy up. But it was a good afternoon, its a lovely place.

Got soaked 3 miles from home after 60mile ride around east Suffolk with friends. Only just dried out, ready for trip out today. Hopefully it will stay dry.
