I feel slightly better that at least a few people noticed I was gone .

The trip was absolutely fantastic (Central America), I've already decided I'm going on another one! I'll do a full report in the Touring section when I have time and have sorted out photos and stuff (and unpacked etc my bike is still in the bag!).

Bike held up very well, I had no problems at all other that my inner tube exploded. Thankfully we were stopped taking pictures and having a chat and just heard a bang and some hissing. I presume it was the heat and too much pressure in the tyre.

Hey Buggi!!! I was, in all honesty, wondering where you were just last week. I stumbled across an old thread and your name was there and I thought you had returned... but then noticed that it was about a year old! I thought I must have missed something (a flounce?) but then thought you were just probably just off being gorgeous and stuff.

Nice to see you back. How's the "not so" new job (well, moved location IIRC) going with the extended commute?

But, back to me.... ha ha ... my new commute is ace. It's 23 miles and very hilly so can only do it 3 times a week max (bit less at the moment it's so and but soon it will be and i will be back woo hoo! and..and..and... i won with the locker argument! thanks to my ickle email to the Chief Exec i am proud to say that 25 new cyclist lockers have been distributed between the two Hinckley sites and i am the new TWUG rep (two wheel user group). Woo hoo again! Group Hug!
