Am a firm believer in keeping up the fibre levels in my diet but am always wary of having much fibre pre or mid ride in case it accelerates stuff and complicates toilet stops. Do you find it an issue? On longer rides i mostly fuel myself on my home-made cycling snack some of the folks who used to come on my rides will remember. And lidl winegums. and zero tabs for electrolytes. And if touring regular espresso stops lurking behind churches.

Doesn't that only happen if your diet was short of fibre anyway? The cyclist's popular pre ride staple of oats are a rather good source of fibre, too.

Edit: to be clear, I'd answer "no, never"
