Differences between Look Keo pedals?

Other than aesthetics and the weight, does anyone know the difference between these?

I'm struggling to see the differences between these pedals other than the classic 2 has a larger surface area, supposedly to make it more comfortable.

Not much between the old KeO Classic and the KeO plus, the original KeO plus pedals were much heavier, however the KeO classic pedals are possibly reaching the end of their production to be replaced with KeO Classic 2 pedals.
