How much pull on Vs? (mm)
comparatively:
How much pull with centrepulls?

Doing up a bike with centrepulls, levers a bit ratty and I've got some decent V levers.

Compatible?

I can remmebr when V-brakes first came out and they were incompatible with the centre puill levers - not enough pull - there was some gadget you can attach to the cable to alter the brake pull.

you are going the oppositve (centre pull with V-lever) so presumably ytou will have hte oppostite problem - too much pull?

try it, if it doesn;lt work, you can buy V-brakes really cheaply as disc brakes is what is in vogue.

V Brake Levers about 25mm or more of cable pull. Non V Brake 13-15mm. Centrepulls won't have much power if you use the V Brake levers.
