Dirty Rice anyone? Aldi or similar

I think pre cooked (the day before is good) rice improves stir fry dishes, less claggy in the wok.

Just been to the local Tesco only to find they don't have Chicken Livers!!!
Got some pork mince.
Got lambs liver for liver and onions....

But no proper dirty rice this week 😕

My local Tesco doesn't stock chicken livers either. But Waitrose have them, so worth a look if there's one nearby.

Surely one's local butcher is the go to place for chicken livers, or any meat to be fair, better than vacuum packed supermarket fayre...

Yes... if there was a butcher who actually sold them... The only butcher left in Ely sells pre-packed stuff (shop too small) and doesn't sell chicken livers. I asked when realised that Tesco didn't do them anymore.
