Once you accept that you're going to get wet through it's fine. So long as you don't let yourself get cold, either with layers or just not stopping moving.
I cycled in this morning and regretted it completely!
Wore my skullcap under the helmet for the 1st time today,lovely warm ears.
I think it's being wet/damp and cold that's the main problem.

Wind is only air, and rain is only water. All good training, and also stops any 'guilty' thoughts....![]()
