Funny you say that david but I feel safer with buses and lorries,I tend to find cars don't try to pick on them as much,so they can be a safe refuge.If you know what I mean.Just now I stuck behind a 257 bus at Thatched House at the lights when the lights cleared the car behind held well back (because it couldn't get past the bus),then I could overtake the bus when it stopped at the bus stop.
