"OK the blind has been fitted" I said to Mrs 3BM, "very nice" she said "but why have you put it on the wrong side of the door?".

To be fair the door is usually left open so I just started working on it as it was 'in situ' - it kind of reminded me of a friends dad fitting a carpet and cutting for an alcove into the room.

I've put it on the other side of the door now...

I put a chain on my bike once and forgot to feed it through the rear derailleur!

I'm not sure it would have closed either. It's awful close to the frame. I hope it's in the middle on the other side. We need a picture.

Similar to my sister who bought some posh floor covering for her bathroom, took the old one up as a template and proceeded to cut hers... Upside down - lol

Needless to say, was the a Very expensing new floor covering.

Handy hint #23 - you can simply remove the jockey wheels to feed it back in, rather than having to break the chain again.
