They're noticeably heavier but that just means you get a little bit fitter. They're good tyres, I have them on the 'other' bike.
The mini morph is top notch I got one from Websters in Leicester and the owner (Martin) was quite shocked when I showed him that they turned in a small track pump. I think it was the first one he'd ever sold/looked at.Yes m+ for me, but pump and tubes too. The only puncture I have had was a 3 inch nail, and it was then I discovered that the cheap pump I had been carrying around for a year had frayed its airline in my backpack and was useless. So I now carry a topeak mini morph, which was £35 from my lbs and I have never used.
I still love my m+ tyres, though. Before them, I was getting punctures all the time.
Edit - for m+, I also carry small lengths of rope to help get the tyres on and off.
Yes, I used mine once to test it and I was very impressed - it's almost as good as my full size track pump. The mini morph is top notch I got one from Websters in Leicester and the owner (Martin) was quite shocked when I showed him that they turned in a small track pump. I don't know for sure, but I wouldn't say that there is much weight difference between m+ and say slime or other puncture protection.
