@Pat and @Telemark, thanks for completing the survey. I posted this survey on other specialist cycling websites to get as more respondants as possible. One of the main feedbacks I got was that asking email addresses was restraining some people to go further. I decided yesterday to take this bit off and will trust the survey company to work out duplicates if there are.

Some of the questions could do with a "Maybe" or "Sometimes" answer. E.g. I wouldn't cycle to work in very heavy rain, but I would cycle home....
