Believe it or not I enjoy driving and I still go to places just for the hell of it. It's usually when conditions are interesting like there's snow on the roads and I want to test my driving skills.

When we had a Land Rover it was all about going green-laning for fun.

I spent a full winter season as a ski courier in France, often driving on snow so I like to take every possible opportunity to keep my hand in, and more importantly to get the feel of the car I'm driving. Mrs Gti's car has winter tyres, which are brilliant in snow; you can go anywhere.

Simples! - its to encourage you to buy 4 packs of buns and 3 packs of hot dogs at the same time

During the winter we love to put the heater to hot, put full defrost on and drive with the top down.....people look at us silly, but theres nothing better on a frosty sunny day than driving a convertible with the roof off, it really is toasty inside with a slight breeze .............. bliss on a sunday morning after a ride

Absolutely cracking when it's like that. I've even bought a vintage flying jacket for the very occasion.
