Do you think it's a real cycle path, or a photoshop ?

Might be real in the sense that someone painted (badly) a sign on the roof, but that doesn't make it a real cyclepath.

My first impression as well. They might have moved the barriers away from the edge to prevent the local scrotes playing Donkey Kong with the traffic.

I reckon it's a prank like that one a few years ago where someone painted squashed bike symbols on the edge stones of an Amsterdam canal.

Thanks! Dropping down to ground level at https://goo.gl/maps/FiqmWLDwGSv shows that the fence has been back from the edge since 2011 and the edge holes may be from lights on the sign. I still think a prank is likely. Is there something like geograph for France?
