Overall I did enjoy it. Certainly plenty to work on and several stories in there had potential that didn't quite hit the top notch. After the weird non-season of specials some of which were good and others, er less good it was good. From a fan's point of view a few amusing 'told you so' moments - bringing back the silurians was always going to end in tears and story arcs, nah. Still they weren't so horrifically bad attempts, just it was always going to end that way. It's a shame as they do need to diversity the monsters and what they bring back away from the Daleks and Cybermen but it takes time.
