Overall I can't complain.
We have an outside bike rack, but the first half dozen (there's never that many) park their bikes under the staircase at the back of the building...the door is security controlled and 'monitored' by the post room women.
The best bit, however, is that we have a proper gym - couple of treadmills, rowers, cross trainers, free weights etc, and a couple of showers each gender, plus some lockers.
I've managed the cycle commute once, but it's a 60 mile round trip, so quite time consuming. Shame really!
